Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including all items that were shipped. Proof of purchase (such as your emailed receipt) is required.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must meet these conditions to be accepted. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible change-of-mind returns.

To start a return, please contact us on Whatsapp. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, let us know immediately. Please include a photo of the item(s) received and the order slip in your request. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll issue a refund or deliver the correct item if possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special orders or personalized products
  • Socks and similar products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Beauty items

Blind Boxes

Blind Boxes are all about the surprise! Once opened, these items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or defective unopened Blind Box, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos. Note that we cannot guarantee specific designs or characters, as the mystery is part of the product’s appeal.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid surprises.

For returns related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will assess the claim and cover return shipping costs if the issue is deemed valid.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item (following our return policy), and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest resolution.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method. We’ll notify you once the refund has been issued. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund, contact us, and we’ll help you follow up.
