SECTION 6 – ORDER LIMITS AND FAIR USE

To ensure fair access for all our customers, we may place limits on high-demand items.

Orders suspected of bulk-buying for resale or using fake identities may be canceled. Repeat offenses may result in being banned from placing future orders.

Refunds for canceled orders due to policy violations will be subject to deduction of non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers:

  • Credit Cards / KNET: KD 0.10 + 1.8%

  • PayPal: $0.30 USD + 2.9%

  • Tabby / Tamara: As per provider's current non-refundable policy

These fees are not penalties but represent costs incurred by us when processing unauthorized order refunds.

SECTION 7 – CONSUMER RIGHTS IN KUWAIT

We comply with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014). If any item you receive is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with this law.
